Job Description
We are a group of companies specializing in medical services and retail business with head office in Kowloon Bay. To cope with our rapid expansion in various dimensions, we are inviting high caliber individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the IT vendor team to design, develop and establish an IT system, which supports capturing of case data and generation of system alerts, periodic statistics and summary reports, updating case progress, monitoring service provision and outcome evaluation
- Build and maintain the program website with accessible and mobile friendly design
- Conduct system acceptance test and user acceptance test for the new IT system and program website
- Responsible for overseeing and monitoring the daily system performance and issues and coordinating with different stakeholders for on-going enhancement
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and other related
- Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience, and minimum 5 years of experience in particular managing web-based application development involving internal portal applications
- PRINCE2, PMP or other related certification is preferred
- Experience in develop and establish IT system in government projects would be an advantage
- Outstanding relationship management and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external parties
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, mature and able to work under pressure and meet deadline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available preferred
