Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily computer related issue and enquiry to provide a smooth operation to user
- Troubleshoot server issues (Network, Servers, Firewalls, etc.)
- Perform IT operation tasks and maintenance activities for different IT systems and devices such as system backup, logs monitoring, firmware upgrade etc.
- Maintain IT infrastructure with vendors such as application provider, ISP, domain hosting,
- Design and implement software components according to product requirements
- Prepare test case and conduct UAT testing
- Ability to build high performance and scalable systems
- Support and maintain all clinical systems and answer enquiries to end user
- Participate any other ad hoc assignments or projects
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
- At least 5 years of IT support experience
- Experience in hospital or laboratory providing IT technical support is an advantage
- Experience in Electronic Medical System (EMS), Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) is an advantage
- Experience in Windows server and familiar with the related features such as AD, DNS, DHCP, group policy is an advantage
- Knowledge in computer programming skill is an advantage
- Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, MySQL is an advantage
- Experience in project management and vendor management is an advantage
- A good team player, with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in spoken English and Chinese is required
- Strong self-motivation
- Able to work independently under pressure
