Manage all daily IT operation and service desks to Sony Music Hong Kong users.  Proficiency on Microsoft SQL Server Management.  Assist in all IT projects implementation and IT tasks execution across Asia.  Drive IT experiences for Asia offices, good working relationship with all users.

What you will do:

• Work independently to provide end users support on Windows and Macintosh workstations as well as application enquiries.
• Monitor and manage daily backups.
• Attends and actively participates in Global IT meetings.
• Remediating IT Vulnerabilities on specified systems in timely manner.
• Perform IT asset management inclusive of component inventory maintenance and associated documentation.
• Manage IT contingency plan.
• Negotiate with outsourcers, vendors and contractors for IT product and services purchases.
• Implement corporate IT security standards and policies.
• Co-ordinate with local and corporate teammates for IT project implementation.
• Perform Microsoft SQL database and system installation, setup, backup and administration.
• Report any IT error or abnormal condition to supervisor immediately.
• Be proactive in investigating any IT issues / error, proposing solutions and carrying out actions.
• Follow all company policies and requirements including but not limited to any relevant IT procedures and standards.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required by supervisor and any ad hoc tasks in order to maintain and deliver quality IT support to business operation.
• Co-ordinate with corporate teammates for global application deployment for Asia
• Other tasks and assignments assign by your superior/Company

Who you are:

• Technical / Functional:
  Experience in support of Windows, MacOS, Active Directory, Office365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft SQL database management, ASP.NET, Power Apps, Power Automate etc.
  Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL database management, ASP.Net, Power Apps, SharePoint
  Keep update on the latest IT technology
• Behavioural:
  Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  Sensible, good analytical and interpersonal skill
  Proficiency in speaking and writing English
  Able to work under pressure and independently
  Able to prepare technical documentation
  Team-work, good communicator and work well with Hong Kong users.

• Education Qualification/Background: University graduate is required
• Preferred Industry (or specific exposure): Working experience in multinational company is preferred
• Relevant Work Experience (years): Minimum 3 years’ working experience in enterprise IT environment
• Other Remarks:  Proficiency in speaking and writing English
