Job Description

Since 5 years, Lacoste has been supporting its digital transformation with the help of an international Omnichannel IT team. As the IT Retail & Ecom Project Manager, you’ll play a vivid role in both online and offline retail business, leading the systems and processes scoping and functional design as well as the integration with local systems for the projects on the APAC Omnichannel roadmap, meanwhile supporting the run and progressive maintenance of the Omnichannel ecosystem already in place in those key Asian markets

Functional scope

  • Online business (e-commerce, e-retailers and marketplaces)
  • O2O, Omnichannel services
  • Offline retail business (POS, ERP, WMS, etc)
  • Digital marketing and CRM

Role

  • Lead Omnichannel projects integration:
    • Lead the scoping phase of omnichannel projects by delivering project plans including project’s scope, potential planning, budget and AS IS/target processes
    • Serve as the main point of contact of corporate and local IT teams, providing guidance and expertise on Lacoste omnichannel processes/systems and local market specifics
    • Serve as the main point of contact with local/regional integrators and Lacoste corporate teams
    • Ensure the design of group's standard omnichannel processes by conducting gap analysis with local specifics and needs
    • Delivery of detailed design documents and functional specifications
    • Partner with the group Omnichannel team to define the global integration of the omnichannel environment, including group and local systems
    • Ensure the re-use of standard group interfaces and developments, as much as possible.
    • Partner closely with the project team to help organize and coordinate the build, unitary test, UAT and deployment phases
    • Analyze impacts, propose action plan, identify/mitigate risks and follow User Change Management in strong interaction with Business PM and Key Users, before and during deployment
    • Communicate on regular base internally & externally (flash, minutes, …)
    • Follow-up & ensure the respect of the planning/milestones, workload, deliverables, and budget
    • Prepare, drive & report the project committees/steering committees (deliverables follow-up, risk management, budget follow-up, timesheet, planning, prepare “Decision form” if needed to allow arbitration, …)
    • Ensure a smooth support transition to secure the run phase
    • Coordinate user training and Support Team ramp up before project closure
    • Monitor post go live phases identifying adjustments and enhancements
  • Run and progressive maintenance support
    • Participate to the Omnichannel level 2 support and bring assistance and expertise to the local and regional support teams in order to unsure their growth and strengthen their autonomy and efficiency
    • Support the execution of the monthly release deployments from an IT standpoint across the Asia key markets in partnership with the regional product owner
Profile
  • Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science or IT-related discipline (or equivalent diploma / work experience)
  • Strong experience in project management, especially retail field (both online and offline)
  • Good knowledge of retail ecosystem OMS/CMS/POS etc, CBR/Y2, Manhattan DOM and Salesforce Commerce Cloud systems is a strong plus
  • Good knowledge of SQL and XML/XSL
  • Good knowledge of ERP and WMS systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Leadership in multinational context
  • Fluent English, French is a plus
  • PMP or equivalent certificate is a plus
