Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Review of consumption report regularly
  • Conduct vv validation yearly
  • Follow up on audit items and come up with and work on an action plan
  • Responsible for account clean up regularly
  • Handle PC request and maintain resources
  • Communication with users for status updates and completion on asset requests
  • Work with vendor asset purchase and manage inventory
  • Develop and maintain process documents to enhance all existing and new process are well documented
  • Responsible for license management to handle license request and follow up with users, Microsoft license declaration and monitor license consumption
  • Manage application inventory by answering internal enquiries concerning applications details and maintaining list of applications as well as work with relevant parties to get the metadata up-to-dated
  • Regular review on business owner of applications to register application into application list
  • Provide support on projects, such as Hardware Refreshment Project to define the scope, manage resources, work with vendors and track the progress and status update, and any other ad hoc projects/ tasks assigned by superior
  • Handle and communicate with business units for any ad hoc requests

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in IT support and IT assets management
  • Educated in IT related disciplines
  • Experience of working in dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to create strong working relationships with others
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good team player and interpersonal skill
  • Experience in insurance or financial services industry is a plus
