Executive Summary: 

· Part of a major Australian property group – with strong presences in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia 

· Newly created role in the Group IT team; training and education support provided 

· Grade A office in Hong Kong; 5 mins from Wan Chai MTR; Currently employing x1000 staffs; Stable work environment for long term career development 

Major Responsibilities: 

· Provide daily IT support to internal customers in Hong Kong Office as a global hub 

· Provide hardware and software support to users and on-site system health check 

· Assist in setting up a workstation, laptop as well as relocation if required 

· Provide high-quality solutions to IT issues or forward issues to the appropriate support group; escalate whenever necessary 

· Manage IT request or support requirement for internal events in Hong Kong 

· Manage communication with internal users for service change or outage, if any 

· Proactively identify and improve current service gaps that affects leaders' productivity or experience 

· Proactively share insights, propose improvement plan and follow through the actions 

· Be a member of global IT Support community and partner with the rest for global network 

· Fulfill other ad-hoc request from management / corporate requirement 

Key Requirements: 

· Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Information Technology or equivalent 

· At least 1-3 years end user support experience 

· Familiar with Microsoft Windows, MS Office, TCP/IP, and Wireless LAN operation 

· Experience with creating and managing accounts in Active Directory and Office 365 

· Good communication skills including spoken and written English and Chinese 

· Able to work independently and have the ability to communicate with senior management 

· Customer mindset and a can-do attitude 

· Familiar with PC hardware / mobile / Office applications/ VC etc. 

· Good command in spoken and written of English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
