Job Description
職責:
- 接聽技術支援熱線
- 透過電話支援IT服務問題,使用電腦系統協助記錄有關查詢及遙距執行任務
- 外勤到客戶地點
- 提供電腦/平板電腦軟硬件支援,故障分析,更換有關硬件,軟件及系統重置,需小量體力勞動工作
資歷 :
- 中學程度
- 6個月經驗
- 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂閱讀英文
- 懂Android介面操作;懂TCP/IP
- 具有基本電腦操作知識
- 有禮貌,具良好溝通技巧
工作時間:
- 星期一至日 上午8時至下午10時, 每天9小時
- 每月6天假期, 輪班, 輪休平日
