Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support services including computer hardware and software to whole company users;
• Assist in IT operations and infrastructure maintenances support;
• Assist in manage and control IT Asset inventory system and IT asset including hardware and software;
• Liaise with users and vendors to solve hardware and software issues;
• Responsible for ad-hoc IT tasks and events.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent;
• Holder of Microsoft Certification and CCNA will be an advantage but not a must;
• At least 1 years’ relevant experience in office or project support;
• With good knowledge and experience in computer / software deployment and troubleshooting (including Window OS, MS Office, and Autodesk products), network (including LAN and WAN and WiFi ), printer and CCTV;
• Eager to learn new technologies and solutions like IOT and IT Helpdesk System
• Good team member, self-motivated, and hard-working individual;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Willing to work on office or construction site

*Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Officer (Innovation Technology).
