Responsibilities:

* Lead and provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware, software, and other computer services;

* Supervise the team to ensure service delivery on time

* Manage server, database and network infrastructure;

* Coordinate with internal and external parties to deliver the project deliverable

* Ensure that escalated technical problems are prioritized and follow-up actions to fault cases are completed in a timely manner;

* Handle ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor;

* Review the incident sequence, root cause, remedial action & preventative measure to provide constructive suggestion to ensure the preventive and qualified follow-up action in place and on track 

Requirements:

* Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent;

* 5-6 years’ or above working experience in technical support role with at least 1 year in team leader experience;

* Knowledge in supporting the PC/ LAN/ WAN, systems and applications;

* Knowledge of advanced networking - (Configure Router, Network Switch, Firewall);

* Good communication skills, hard-working and able to work independently;

* Immediate available is highly preferred
