Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling all pre and post contract in quantity surveying for the government and commercial projects; assist in carrying out budget and cost control, preparing cost estimate and tender documents for various types of contract; tracking and finalizing variations, re-measurement and final accounts with contractors; providing financial and contractual advice to management team; and any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• Minimum 6 years' quantity surveying experience, preferably with experience in contractor or consultancy;
• Previous experience in government projects will be advantage;
• Good PC knowledge and proficient in MS Office applications;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to work independently and in a team, and capable to work under pressure;
• Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility;
