• Manage Information Technology Team in Regional Office and APAC countries
• Manage IT staff, IT Infra , Help-Desk and Desk technicians in Regional and APAC countries
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts with HQ technical teams effectively on Citrix/PC/Network/Systems/Infra/Application
• Enhance and Improve the effectiveness of document / analyze system and business processes , manage and control Regional IT Infra / Communications Project Management of IT and Applications
• Projects Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate IT policies, Security Policies and procedures
• Manage and control IT Assets and IT Budgets for APAC
• Lead and manage EDI , Systems Tools and Local Systems Infra/application Team

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
• 5-7 years of work experience for managing Infra-Structure & I.T. Systems & Applications
• Effective Leadership, management and Mentorship skills
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions on time
• Effective System and Business Process Analysis, Documentation and Project Management Skills
• IT Service oriented, effective coordinator with SMEs, Vendors, Solution Provider and right Escalation tactics
• Manage SLA and maintain KPI Services
• Versatile with best interpersonal skills and a Strong Leader
• Knowledge of Shipping Industry relevant Infra/communication systems, EDI messages, Applications
• Fluent speaking in English, Cantonese, Mandarin & Good command of Communication
