Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and enhance computer hardware and software
- Troubleshoot computer hardware and software problem
- Provide training and helpdesk services to end users
- Assist for IT systems daily operation, implementation and projects
- Assist for the system administration, configuration, upgrade and customization
- Support to monitoring on servers and perform proper remedy actions to ensure minimum impacts to server performance and up-time
- Support the staff on settings of the virtual meetings, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisors and company
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or related disciplines
- Preferably with at least 1 year post qualification work experience in IT or a related discipline
- Knowledge of MS Windows, O365, Window Server, Zoom applications and Team Viewer
- Experience in helpdesk and competency in troubleshooting and maintenance of computers and equipment
- Experience in Cloud environment is an advantage
- Good team players, self-motivated, able to work under pressure; and have a strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills
