Executive Summary:

• Hong Kong based company with over 120 staffs across x15 sites
• Project Management / Business Analyst / IT Operation Improvement duties
• Computer Science background with related PM or BA experience

Major Responsibilities:

• Lead internal IT project planning and execution
• Collect requirement and evaluation business process to identify IT needs, requirements and uncover areas for improvements
• Internal communication and provides added-value advices to users
• Participate in system analysis, UAT, system deployment and implementation
• Arrange internal workshops for technology and systems trainings
• Documentation in preparation of SOP, ERP workflow, analysis reports
• Prepare regular project progress report for manager to review

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Higher Diploma Holder in information technology, computer science, business management or related disciplines
• At least 1-3 years related working experience with at least 1 year in project management role, preferably in logistic / retail industry (less experience would be considered as junior BA / Project coordinator)
• Solid experience working with both internal users and external IT services providers
• Experienced in Data Analysis Software (Power BI is preferred)
• Strong in analyzing and communication skills
• Passionate with IT project success and a quick learner
