Job Description

Directly reports to Director – Enterprise Applications, the System Analyst – Enterprise Applications is accountable for carrying out all administration duties of TEC CRM platform – Salesforce under the supervision of Director – Enterprise Applications, with the goal to ensure smooth running of the application as well as planning, testing and implementation of system enhancement.

What you are expected:
  • Provide support of Salesforce (a cloud-based CRM system) in terms of enhancement , maintenance as well as trouble-shooting 
  • Work closely with users and Salesforce development team members to drive user testing exercises including UAT test plan, Scripts and User Guide etc.
  • Carry out system testing and configuration
  • Working closely with vendors and back-end teams to ensure smooth deployment and    implementation
  • Understand users requirements from business perspective, identify potential solutions, document the agreed requirements and follow up on projects to ensure delivery
  • Identifying user workflows and requirements, resolving critical problems, and addressing potential risks of system application
  • Produce reports for senior management to fulfil any ad hoc requirement
  • Preparing training material and providing training to users
  • Assisting on any ad-hoc IT software application related projects (development, optimization and maintenance) as assigned by supervisor
What we are looking for:
  •  Diploma or above in Information Systems or related discipline
  •  With 2- 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration in a must (other   relevant CRM systems would be considered)
  •  Possess strong analytical mindset with high problem-solving skills
  •  Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
  • Independent, initiative, mature, self-motivated, and result-oriented 
Candidates with more experience and qualifications will be considered as Senior System Analyst
