• Provide frontline helpdesk support to end-users and to ensure smooth computer operations
• Maintain standard computer room operations & backup procedures
• Assist users with all the authorized hardware and software installation
• Provide user support on basic PC operation and software usage
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Tertiary studies in IT, or related discipline.
• 1-2 year of working experience in IT related experience
• Good problem-solving, analytical, self-motivated, eager to learn and service-oriented
• Basic knowledge in operations of computer systems and network
• Good command in both spoken & written English
• Immediately available is preferred
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
