• Provide user support including PC, printer, computer peripherals and networking
• Provide user support on software installation, configuration and technical support such as spreadsheet, email and internal applications
• Troubleshooting and problem solving for both IT hardware and applications. Escalate issue and involve second-tier support if needed

Job Requirement 

• Diploma or above in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines
• Familiar with Windows applications and networking
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
• Ability to resolve or assist in the resolution of complex customer problems.
• Knowledge on Linux command shell is a plus
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
