Being a Solution Professional in Expert Systems' Infrastructure & Cloud unit, you will act as our customers' trusted advisor and accelerate their success. By leveraging our partnership network with leading global technology manufacturers, you will bring our customers the right services, products, and innovations. You will be a crucial team player among our Infrastructure & Cloud technical experts in delivering quality services and solutions while developing your career and competence in this area. You will have the opportunity to participate in a broad portfolio of technologies involving opportunities from various industries and business sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales team to identify and develop opportunities;
• Address market leads and conduct technology presentations to customers;
• Design the best valued IT solutions to customers and work out the solution proposals;
• Liaise with marketing team at all stages in delivery technology demonstration, workshops and seminars.

• High diploma or degree holder in all disciplines;
• Over 3 years experience working as the relevant System Engineer;
• Knowledge on infrastructure of virtualization, server, storage and networking;
• Knowledge on Cisco, HPE Aruba or equivalent;
• Advantage of being certified in VMWare, Microsoft, Cisco, HPE, Dell EMC or equivalent;
• Cloud technology such as AWS or Azure knowhow is a plus;
• Good communication and inter-personal skills;
• Good command of English & Chinese;
• Candidates with more experience can apply Solutions Consultant.
