• Be responsible for maintaining enterprise warehouse management system (WMS) & transportation management system (TMS)
• Work closely with Operations on system enhancement for both WMS & TMS system.
• Be responsible for UAT system testing to ensure complying with YCH IT requirements for project implementation
• Perform IT server and Networking installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Setting up and installing new computers and software (Includes: Laptop, Desktop, Switches, AP’s, RF Devices, Printer’s) and
• Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software and other applications such as Microsoft Office 365, maintain IT server and Networking devices, installing updates known as patches,
• Manage IT asset management (Includes: Laptop, Desktop, Switches, Firewall, Servers, AP’s, RF Devices, Printer’s)
• Provide hardware support and resolve problems to the end user’s requirements
• Provide IT technical support on project implementation.
• Be responsible for Operations normal data change request.
• Work closely and coordinate with corporate / China IT team ensuring consistent IT standard and requirement.
• Manage receipt of user requests and helps to resolve incidents by 1st level support team
  • Ensures receipt and recording of user requests is managed by 1st level
  • Ensure no incident is overdue

• Diploma or above in Computer, IT or any related disciplines
• 2-3 years working experience in logistics and supply chain industry
• Knowledge in WMS / TMS and project management
• Knowledge in Windows, PC Hardware and network setup
• Self-motivated person with good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Good at both written and spoken English ,Chinese and Mandarin
