What’s the role about?

As a regional Service Delivery Manager – Infrastructure, you will lead the delivery of all IT Infrastructure Services within the APAC region. You will work closely with the business IT partner and stakeholders within APAC to ensure that the IT capabilities and services meet the businesses growing needs.

Working closely with multiple global IT centers of excellence you will both influence the IT solutions developed and ensure that they are deployed and operated effectively and efficiently.

Strong relationship-building skills and a good understanding of IT Infrastructure and the Cloud are key to the success of this role. As Fossil continues its move to a Cloud-First IT environment this position will play a central role in enhancing and developing our tools and processes to support this strategic initiative.

You will work closely with Fossil’s service providers and vendors ensuring that we have a proactive and collaborative approach to the delivery of our services globally.

Lead and Champion the Delivery of High-Quality IT Service Operations

• Ensure excellent customer experiences
• Drive and embed the organizational change initiatives around the cloud
• Recommend and drive improvements

• Hold service providers accountable for performance
• Measure and analyze the performance
• Recommend and track improvements

• Highlight APAC based service performance, trends, and recurring issues
• Convey customer feedback on solutions
• Reduce delivery and process ‘friction’

• Validate the solution is built for production
• Drive service acceptance and communicate service commencement
• Sunset old/deprecate services

• Ensure that all SLAs are underpinned with solid metrics and reporting capabilities
• Ensure that robust business continuity and availability exist for your solutions
• Enables a rich and empowered experience for all users

What we are looking for:

• Over 7 years relevant IT work experience with specific knowledge of operations
• 3-5 years’ Service Delivery Manager work experience is preferred
• Strong Infrastructure and cloud experience
• Can do and fail fast attitude
• Always brings a positive, service-delivery approach to work
• Engages, articulating ideas clearly, and encourages others to participate
• Passionate about IT Service Management
• Strong understanding and commitment to standard operational processes and disciplines
• Strong leadership, collaboration and partnering skills
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and task planning skill
