Job Description
Key elements of the job will involve:
- Provide support to user including AD / Exchange, Windows desktop, Office / O365, antivirus, mobile devices, CCTV, IP phone etc
- Manage local PC builds / developments, hardware change / replacement, software update / installation etc
- Incident resolution via phone, service desk tools or direct desk side engagement
- Participate in testing new applications and hardware as required
- Maintain system inventory database and system security report
The ideal candidate should be a :
- Diploma or above in Information Technology (or related) with MCITP qualification is preferred
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Troubleshooting experience covering desktop (Windows), MS Office, O365, Exchange, mobile device management (Apple, Android) etc
- Experience in supporting trading applications is a plus
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available has advantage
