PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform ad-hoc assignments providing technical support for teachers and students when needed
• installing new software and upgrading/updating existing applications
• troubleshooting hardware devices and peripherals (e.g. scanners, printers, external drives)
• maintaining the school server, network, and internet system
• Creating and maintaining school email accounts
• liaising with vendors on maintenance or licensing deals and purchasing IT equipment
• Perform ad-hoc assignment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related areas;
• At least 3 year’s working experience in IT support or computer-related work
• knowledge of operating systems, networking, hardware, and software commonly used in schools
• Some knowledge of AV equipment
• Good oral and written skill in English is required.
• Strong interest and capabilities in troubleshooting
• Must be able to work legally in Hong Kong
  
  

SALARY AND BENEFITS 

• Salary provided (Commensurate with experience),   
• Year-end bonus (1-month salary)
• 8am – 5pm (Working shorter during school holidays), 5 days a week
• MPF
• Medical Insurance after completing 3-month probation period
• Annual leave starting from 7 days (Max. 14 days)
• Start working on 2 July 2022 (Or the earliest possible day)
• Contract: Initial contract will be for 1 year, and will be renewed annually.
