Your key responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRM Technology Product Owner for prioritization of initiatives in existing CRM
• Collaborate with unification teams on integration, data migration and data synchronization from existing CRM to the unified platforms
• Provide insight and influence to define, build and deliver products and features related to existing CRM
• Develop deep understanding of Sales, Service and Finance to help shape and deliver product roadmap among those areas in existing CRM
• Actively manage and engage stakeholders across the business, inspiring others and generating momentum
• Drive tangible results by facilitating cross functional collaboration between teams and be the driving force that pulls people together to achieve the best outcomes

• Experience in CRM or any systems for internal users
• Curious, energetic, resilient and not afraid to ask questions and investigate
• Customer centric in your approach with a strong capacity to understand market and strategic drivers to set clear goals and define problem statements
• Ability to maintain a product roadmap while managing competing priorities
• Well-developed communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade, build, and maintain relationships
• Passionate about making a difference for the client and their customers
• Mandarin and English speaking are must
