Job Description

Our client is a Tier 1 conglomerate in Hong Kong. Over the past few years, they have been running different large scale projects to revamp their technologies. They are currently looking for different Infrastructure Project Managers to lead deployment/migration projects (M365, Sharepoint, mission critical systems and etc.). Prior experience in at least one of the aforementioned systems/applications in a mid to large organisation is required for this role.

As part of the ongoing initiative, they are currently looking for several Infrastructure Project Managers to lead the deployment/migration projects (M365, Sharepoint, mission critical systems and etc.). Prior experience in at least one of the aforementioned systems/applications in a mid to large organisation is required. Knowledge in networks would be beneficial for this role.

Excellent communication skills in English is a must, Cantonese is preferred as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all project resources and budget
  • Identify and manage all project risks
  • Definte the scope of the projects and ensure project compliance and regulations are met
  • Ensure technical teams are delivering high quality prodcuts
  • Stakeholder and vendor management
  • Coordinate and manage technical and non-technical teams involved
  • Ensure project deadlines and timelines are met
  • Any ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

理想的求职者

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, managing mid-to-large scale infrastructure projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and or any other relevant degrees
  • Solid knowledge of networks are highly preferable
  • PMP or any other project management certifications preferred
  • Experienced in Agile methdology and using Jira/Confluence
  • Excellent communication and presenation skills in English is mandatory, Cantonese is a definite plus

They are looking for different experts in:

  • Sharepoint need to know: Windows server (2019 / SCCM), Citrix XenApp infrastructure, Sharepoint migration experience is advantageous
  • M365 need to know: end user technolgies and other M365 products (OneDrive, Exchange Online, Intune...)
  • Delivering mission critical systems are highly dersireable as well
