Role Purpose:

As Project Lead, you will act as the product owner on Various Digital Retail Solutions. To enhance digital customer experience in store, you will be leading the project team in planning and rolling out of these Digital Retail Solutions in Asia Region.

A typical day in this Role: 

• Work in collaborative environments requiring communication and feedback from multiple partners and stakeholders.
• Drive and execute the project activities including stakeholders meeting, workflow design, documenting, process management and testing
• Bridging business stakeholders with technical teams to ensure successful roll out of various digital store solutions.
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and good quality project deployment
• Assess and understand business problems and translate into analysis requirements and identify insights that improve the overall customer experience
• Manage and prioritize across multiple projects that are going on in the region
• Manage user expectations and executive communications when project risks and issues arise
• Develop and present innovative, compelling (and winning) ideas or solutions as to response user/ stakeholders requests.

Success will depend on:

• Degree Holder in Information Technology or relevant discipline
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Project Management
• System development & deployment experience in Oracle / Java platform
• Extensive knowledge in POS and CRM with regional exposure would be an advantage
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills in stakeholders, vendor and team management
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Willing to travel among Asia Countries if needed
