RESPONSIBILITIES

• Application implementation and management, including maintenance, configuration and operation support;
• Responsible for collecting and standardizing requirements with business users, and compiling functional specifications according to requirements;
• Determine business users' objectives, process, products and services through business analysis activities;
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget
• Prepare product design documents, procedure manuals and training materials;
• Conduct testing to ensure the systems is well developed according to business users' objectives and requirements;
• Coordinate and manage UAT with users, and maintain relevant documents and training for users.
• Deliver user training, launch & post-implementation supports;
• Recommend control measures by identifying problems and writing improved procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, business analysis or business operation
• Solid experience in managing and liaison with business users, IT people or software vendors
• Experience will be advantage in the following system: CRM, Website and Mobile app development, Finance System, and BI tools such as SAS
• Technical experience with databases, system development, and user support.
• Good background in Data Base design in Microsoft SQL, My SQL and Access.
• Background in Microsoft .NET, JAVA, Excel, Word, Outlook and HTML.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Associate degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline
