職位職責     Job responsibilities：
1、負責公司內部數據分析工作，爲企業的運營發展提供有科學的策略建議；
2、完善指標監控維度，建立數據分析體系幷實現自動化和報表化；
3、滿足日常的數據提數需求，開展專項主題分析；
4、日常數據彙報、及時發現指標異常幷定位原因。
1. Responsible for the company's internal data analysis, and provide scientific strategic suggestions for the company's operation and development;
2. Improve indicator monitoring dimensions, establish a data analysis system, and realize automation and reporting;
3. To meet the daily demand for data collection and carry out special theme analysis;
4. Daily data reporting, any abnormal and reasons finding in time.

 職位要求   Job Requirements :
1、具備較强的理論分析、實證研究、數據分析研究能力，至少熟練掌握和運用一種統計軟件（SAS、SPSS、R等）
2、一年及以上數據分析經驗，熟悉SQL脚本編寫、會Python編程優先；
3、具有良好的書面表達和口頭溝通能力，能够熟練撰寫理論及實證研究分析報告；
4、流利普通話口語。
1. Have strong theoretical analysis, empirical research, data analysis and research capabilities, and at least proficiently master and use one statistical software (SAS, SPSS, R, etc.)
2. At least 1 year of data analysis experience, familiar with SQL script writing, Python programming is preferred;
3. Have good written expression and oral communication skills, and be able to write theoretical and empirical research analysis reports proficiently;
4. Fluent in spoken Mandarin.
