Company Summary
Our client is Proptech B2B-SaaS company, they help their clients digitizing their leasing operations and giving them other options like data analyzing, gathering of data etc. They are providing automation tools since 2017 the scope of their services includes Legaltech, Contractual Risk, Asset Management & Data Analysis etc. Since they are expanding their HK team, they are looking for a Senior Software Developer.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for prioritizing and refining products and customer requirements and feedback to help creating world class SaaS-platform
- Give guidance and lead product development team to create a platform that will change the commercial real estate industry forever.
- Accumulate and oversee product feedback through surveys, analytics tools and concept testing.
- Closely communicate with software developers, UI/UX team and architects to ensure that the client requirements and feedback are well understood and executed.
- Deal with the entire Product Management Process including feasibility studies, product development and definition, cost management and supplier’s management.
Requirements
- At least minimum of 3 years experience as Product Manager
- Capacity to work under pressure and keep up with great organizational skills
- Self-starter ready to step up and have the initiative and lead discussions for application improvements.
- A quick learner and have an eagerness to learn new applications and technologies.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
