Job Responsibilities

• Manage system, web and application servers including VM platforms, network, storage, hardware, OS, software, applications and firewalls.  Perform server administration, installation, configuration, trouble shooting, performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Provide full support to ensure the information system are operating smoothly and effectively.
• Responsible for providing technical support, maintenance and installation of hardware & software, server and networking administration.
• Install, set up and monitor of POS and CCTV system.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support and maintenance.
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information system or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in F&B industry
• Good command in English and Chinese, Mandarin is also preferred
• Experienced in POS,CCTV & server setting is an advantage
• Familiar with PC software and hardware knowledge support
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
