Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Provide daily help-desk support to end-users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network
- Assist the IT Manager on all daily operations
- Diploma / Certificate in IT or related discipline
- 2 years working experience in IT
- Holder of MCSE / CCNA is an advantage
- Experience and knowledge in diagnosing and resolving the below technical issues is preferred
- Windows server administration
- Microsoft Office 365 administration
- VMWare host/virtual machine administration
- Backup / Symantec backup Exec
