Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a service-oriented and self-motivated professional to join our I.T. team. In this role, you will work on maintaining and monitoring the computer systems, software and networks for our business. You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Install and configure software and computer systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
- Assist and support the implementation of new solutions, applications and projects.
- Analyze security events and data as well as work with our Cybersecurity teams.
- Administer WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and access control.
- Maintain & document procedures, practices and configurations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Higher diploma or above in Information Technology or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a technical support role. Less experience may be considered for a more junior role.
- Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft products.
- Knowledge of MS Access & Windows servers is advantageous.
- Analytical skills to study problems, records and identify solutions.
- Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
