Responsibilities

• Handling customers' technical questions on our business application software products;
• Providing application support services such as troubleshooting, system testing, product installation, configuration, consultation;
• Working closely with development team to resolve issues;
• Monitor support incidents and day to day reporting;
• Provide quality assurance by prepare test cases and perform system testing;
• Global collaborative project team environment.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science, Information System, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Previous working experience in helpdesk / end-user support is preferred;
• Well-organized, detail and logical minded;
• Good communication and problem solving skills;
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua;
• Knowledge in MSSQL DB, SQL programming, HTML, .NET, MS Reporting Services, IIS Web Application is an advantage;
• Fresh graduates will be considered for the position of Solutions Support Assistant.
