Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project management duties, and support senior project managers in different project
• Manage projects align with company project standards and provide guideline to project team members
• Liaise with project stakeholders such as users, technical teams, external vendors
• Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to ensure project deliverables meet user expectation
• Project status report and manage time, budget and resources

Requirement

• Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent 
• 3-5 years of experience in an IT Project Management in I.T Infrastructure OR Software Development
• PMP or PRINCE 2 Cert holder is an advantage
• Knowledge in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Familiar with Project Management tools such as Jira/Confluence to keep track project status
• Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience can be considered as Project Executive
