Job Responsibility

• Provide first line technical support to users and troubleshoot issues on all IT aspects including hardware, software, and system network.
• Oversee and manage IT related esquires from different level of users
• Manage IT asset and facilities inventory
• Liaise with service providers for any escalated IT related requests
• Involve in managing system enhancement requests and system update
• Assist in setting up the workstation, laptop and relocation if required
• Participate in IT project coordination and system implementation
• Ad-hoc assignments as per requested

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Information System, information technology, computer science or related disciplines
• Min 3 years in IT operation Support areas 
• Hand on experiences of network infrastructure support for POS System would be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with proactive and enthusiasm
• Self-motivated, strong responsibility and able to work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Immediate Available is highly preferable
