Job Description

Our client is a key financial services firm with a dominant presence in Hong Kong. As part as their firm-wide initiative towards revamping their technologies, they are currently looking for an experienced (9+ years) Project Manager with experience in leading projects in an enterprise environment is a must for this role. Previous experience in cloud/identity provider projects are highly preferable.

Client Details

Our client is a key financial services firm with a dominant presence in Hong Kong. They are currently undertaking a large-scale and multi-year revamp project to update their entire technology suite. This is an exciting opportunity to manage multiple projects from the ground up.

As such, they are looking for an experienced (9+ years) Project Manager to manage different cloud projects. Experience in leading projects in an enterprise environment is a must for this role. Experience in Identity provider projects, Agile and DevSecOps are highly desirable for this role.

The successful candidate should be proactive in leading initiatives as well as keeping up to date with the latest technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.

This hiring will be a 1 year, renewable contract (multi-year project). Strong performers will be considered for a conversion to permanent staff.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver multiple platform projects within the firm
  • Work closely with technical (cyber security, hybrid cloud, I&A, data and etc.) and non-technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects
  • Stakeholder management
  • Vendor management
  • Work closely with the PMO Lead to support project reporting
  • Ensure projects are running within company compliance and regulations
  • Manage the project budget
  • Any ad-hoc duties and projects as required

Profile

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related degree
  • Experienced in managing projects in an enterprise environment and under Agile methodology
  • Experience in managing cloud and/or identity provider projects is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills in English is a must, Cantonese is highly preferable
  • Must be proactive, independent and have strong communication and presentation skills
