Job Description

Our client is a notable Tier 1 American Private Equity firm with a global presence. As they are running many global and regional projects, they are currently looking for a Business Analyst or Project Manager with 3-8 years of experience in supporting or managing the full SDLC of different projects. Knowledge of finance and/or SAP, Concur, Salesforce are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory.

Client Details

Our client is a notable Tier 1 American Private Equity firm with a global presence. Founded over 50 years ago, they currently have USD 500 million in AUM, with revenues nearing USD 20 billion.

As they are running many global and regional projects, they are currently looking for a Business Analyst or Project Manager with 3-8 years of experience in supporting or managing the full SDLC of different projects. Knowledge of finance and/or SAP, Concur, Salesforce are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory for this role as the development team is located in New York.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the implementation of corporate applications/systems
  • Collect and analyze business requirements
  • Translate business requirements to technical requirements for the development team
  • Gap analysis
  • Stakeholder and vendor management
  • Assist in the design of different systems
  • Provide production support and post-implementation training
  • Coordinate between different technical and non-technical teams
  • Any ad-hoc projects and duties as required

Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, a business related discipline or any related degree
  • 3-8 years of experience as a project manager or business analyst (training will be provided to junior candidates, more senior candidates are expected to take more initiative)
  • Previous project experience in SAL, Concur and/or Salesforce implementation is a must
  • Knowledge in finance (data flow, industry standards and compliance) is a must
  • Previous internal or external consulting experience is advantageous (must be hands-on)
  • Familiarity with SQL or scripting is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory
  • Must have an excellent and proactive attitude, with great verbal and written communication skills in English
