• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end users on hardware, software and computer services 
• Perform maintenance, configuration and monitoring of IT equipment
• Perform management of hardware and software inventory
• Assist in IT documentation, process improvement and equipment procurement
• Assist in project support and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

• University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 2 years or above experience in IT Support
• Hands on experience in O365 (Teams/SharePoint Online), Win10, Active Directory, VMWare/Hyper-V
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, Firewall, network infrastructure and security technology
• CCNA/CCNP/MCSE certificate holder will be an advantage
• Well organized, self-motivated, possess good problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently, flexibly and positively
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• On-job training will be provided for less experience candidate, fresh graduate is also welcome
• Applicants with less qualification or experience will be considered as “IT Support Officer”
