Job Description
As a Technical Support Engineer, you are responsible for setup, troubleshooting and maintenance of the industrial PC, bluetooth devices, and claw machines. You are also required to carry out onsite support at outdoor bus stops.

Skills & Requirements

• 1 years experience
• Hands-on experience on computer hardware and software maintenance
• Mac and windows troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge in electrical engineering
• Outdoor onsite maintenance is required
• Has good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
