Job Description
Our client is a luxury fashion house that makes finest quality outerwear. To support their latest global system integration project they are now looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their dynamic team.

- Review and analyze requests from various departments and work collaboratively to understand company priorities and ensure alignment with company goals
- Gather requirements from multiple sources and distill those requirements into a single set of documented needs
- Translate global and local business needs into application and operational requirements in the areas of Retail, eCommerce, Omni and Wholesale
- Develop business requirements documents, requirements traceability documents, test cases and test scripts
- Participate in reviews of architecture, design, and quality assurance work products to identify conflicts and ensure consistent implementation of business and functional requirements
- Act as a Project Lead to manage development vendors, stakeholders to deliver in schedule and fulfill requirements
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related disciplines
- At least 5 years of related working experience working in a Direct-To-Consumer Commercial environment
- Solid understanding of relational databases, entity-relationship diagrams, data normalization, data analytics, data migrations, business intelligence
- Strong experience with eCommerce platforms, Retail POS, ERP, Order Management Systems and Product Information Management processes as demonstrated through formal training, certification and experience
- Knowledge of systems analysis, software development practices, agile methodology
- Experienced in Retail, eCommerce, document management, collaboration tools, business intelligence
- Knowledge in Microsoft D365, Microsoft PowerBI, SQL, Azure, SharePoint is a must
- Certified in PMP, ITIL or other related certificates would be a plus
- Effective communicating skills within multiple levels of a global matrix organization
- Japanese speaking skills would be a plus
