What effort do you need to make? 

• Provide technical advice and support to local users in daily operation, IT infrastructure, security, and business applications
• Manage and monitor all aspects of IT projects, including stakeholder management, solution delivery, vendor selection/management, project control and reporting
• Work closely with Regional IT Team to implement and continuously enforce Group Security standards and initiatives
• Prepare and Manage IT budget, including analysis, cost saving and monitoring IT expenses
• Supervise a small local IT team
• Provide critical support for any urgent IT issues
• Provide support to ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned

Let’s check if you are…

• Degree or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 8 years' relevant experience preferably MNC environment
• Experience in project management, IT Security, IT infrastructure operations management, and ITIL processes
• Project methodology education/certification (PMP) would be a plus
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Immediate available is preferred
