The candidate will
- work closely with the Group and local implementation teams and stakeholders from various business units to ensure delivery of product-related initiatives and/ or milestones;
- implement the in-house app-related initiatives to achieve the digitalization roadmap;
- support company and departmental initiatives to meet KPIs.

Job responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives and manage project activities to comply with control guidelines
• Bridge the technology and business teams to ensure proper translation of requirements and technical design
• Provide pre-launch technical consultancy and post-launch support for an in-house health app Pulse
• Support strategic and departmental ad-hoc projects where needed
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies

 

Job requirements:

• Holder of bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in insurance industry (candidate will less experience will be considered as assistant manager)
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills and detailed-oriented
• Adaptive to dynamic working environment, self-motivated and be able to work independently
• Exposure to agile principles, practices and tools e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Strong communication skills, multi-tasking and time management
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
