Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day first line end-user support
• Participate in helpdesk projects and implementation work
• PC workstation hardware and software installation, problem diagnostic, identification, and resolving, trouble shooting
• Network connectivity set-up, anti-virus scan (CUSTOMER provides legal licence of updated virus scan software)
• Application software support

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years working experience in Information Technology areas
• Knowledge and experience in first-line user and technical support with strong skill in trouble-shooting
• Knowledge and experience in using Windows desktop and domain administration, inventory management system, software deployment system
• Knowledge with Server OS with Linux, Windows Maintenance
• Programe Skill PHP, MySQL, JSON, HTML5, Javascript etc will be a plus
• Knowledge and experience in email systemGood communication skill with English and Chinese
