Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide first tier and second tier support to internal support including local and overseas users
• 2-3 Year experience in IT support, including software and hardware support, video conference, phone and remote supporting service
• Work with other team to progress project and ad hoc job
• Report to supervisor for job, progress and deadlines
• Update IT inventory and documentation
• Experience in financial service industry is a plus
• Responsible, stable, helpful and hardworking 

 Requirements :

• Diploma in IT or other related

• Knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, iOS and Android
• Knowledge of Microsoft office 
• Knowledge of Windows Server, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and folder permission etc.
• Technical, analytic, interpersonal, open mind, and organizational skills are preferred
• Good communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
