Responsibilities:

• Perform configuration, system activities check, health monitoring and troubleshooting of security and network infrastructure for clients
• Actively engage the pre-sales activities like BoM generation and Demo/PoC
• Installation and administration of security and network infrastructure
• Plan and install security patches/upgrades if necessary
• Provide day-to-day management for infrastructure services and support, performance and service monitoring, backup operation and minor software upgrade/patching for clients
• Ensure the IT server infrastructure have fulfilled compliance/security requirements and assist in audit review
• Be responsible for monitoring of security controls and handling, investigating and coordinating IT security incidents
• Prepare documentation, operation manual and daily routing job document update
• Monitor and troubleshoot all network devices to ensure the security measures are effectively applied and maintained for intranet and internet segments
• Maintain high network availability and ensure all network equipment works properly
• Propose and execute continuous improvements on network operations if needed
• Assist in conducting DR drill and BCP process if required

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience on network implementation and operations
• Ability in providing technical advice on security/network infrastructure design and troubleshooting network problems
• Knowledge in Layer 2 & 3 protocols including VLAN, STP, OSPF, etc.
• Experience in designing and managing system level WAN, LANS, WiFi
• Strong knowledge and experience on various vendor products, such as Juniper router/firewall/switch, Cisco router/firewall/switch, Fortinet firewall and F5/Citrix load balancer, etc.
• A holder of professional certifications (CCNP / CCSP, CISSP, JNCIS-SEC, NSE 4) is preferred
• Network project implementation experiences and experience in Virtualization Technology (VMware vSphere) will be in advantage
• Experience in Email/Public Cloud solution (such as Azure, AWS), migration and administration is a plus
• Experience in monitoring tools such as SolarWinds is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Customer centric and with Can-do attitudes
• Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is highly preferred
