Working alongside a professional team in the Group’s Corporate Head Office, we are seeking for a Senior Manager, Technical Services to join the Research & Technology Department.  This role will report to the Director, Research & Technology on managing and maintaining the designs and development of AV/ELV system.

Key Accountabilities

• Monitor and maintain smooth operations of all in-room ELV and AV systems globally
• Support the monitoring of all technical issues and collaborate closely with Development team, IT team and external vendors/consultants on different projects
• Provide technical advice on design and implementation of in-room ELV systems, including but not limited to lighting, AV, digital signage and IPTV systems
• Be an internal advisor on assessing consultant report, prepare technical requirements and tender documents
• Formulate the co-ordination of projects design and implementation
• Manage and maintain an effective work team to provide a seamless technical service
• and ensure effective utilisation of IT systems and resources by operations
• Implement and maintain effective Disaster Recovery process for all critical applications and IT infrastructures
• Research actively on new technologies and ensure all systems/equipment are up to standard and in good order. 

General requirements

• Higher diploma or above in Electronic or Audio & Visual Engineering
• At least 8 years’ experience in relevant fields
• Good knowledge in Hotel ELV/AV system design and proficient knowledge in the latest technologies
• Excellent skills in Technical Writing/Drawing Skills (AutoCAD, RFP and evaluation criteria, equipment demonstration and test report
• Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong sense in project and cost management
• Being a team player.   Excellent communication with ability to liaise with different stakeholders
• Good command of both written and spoken English
