Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in application development, data engineering and analytics
  
• Proficient in database programming & performance tuning (e.g. SQL, Stored Procedure, Index Strategies, Query Optimization )
  
• Solid experience in programming language using Python, Java, .Net C# or R
  
• Experience in Python ETL Tools (e.g. Pandas, Bonobo, petl, pygrametl) or other ETL Tools (e.g. Informatica, SSIS, Talend, AWS Glue) is preferred
  
• Experience in Big Data frameworks and cloud technologies (e.g. Apache Spark, AWS Athena/Redshift ) is an advantage
  
• Knowledge in BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense) is an advantage
  
• Proven English proficiency
  
• Self-motivated, independent with good analytical skills and problem solving skills
  
• Good communication & interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Support to build, develop and maintain the new centralized property-related data platform
  
• Responsible for ETL programming development, data warehouse maintenance, date integration projects and etc.
  
• Implement best practice and rules in the work-flow of data quality management, data cleaning and data exchanges process
  
• Participate in ad-hoc data analytics projects and perform data extraction to facilities analysis
  
• Compile system documentation such as specifications and manuals
