Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management of the Group’s IT systems, platforms and operations by leading a team of system support staff and vendors to ensure the optimal operation and stability of servers and storages.

• Responsible for day to day operations, administration and support on system operation workflows.

• Provide 1st tier system support service to internal users in Asia.

• Interface with system vendors and internal users on incident management resolving problems with fix up and enhancement.

• Prepare and maintain documentations for on infrastructure, systems builds, modification and operations.

• Infrastructure projects with team members to achieve specific goals and ensure the projects can be delivered within the agreed scopes and expected outcome.

• Liaise and coordinate with vendors, suppliers and distributors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Business management, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in system management and support. Less experience will be considered as Assistant System Manager.

• Solid Experience in IT system implementation, service deployment, and administration.

• Hands-on experience in managing large-scale IT systems in Windows or Linux.

• Strong user support service experience, solid problem-solving skills, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluency on Putonghua is an advantage.

• Able to work under pressure and handle urgent business requests in non-office hours.

• Occasion travel might be required.
