• Maintain, support and enhance company contact center system and infrastructures.
• Design, configure, test and validate contact center functionality – ACD, Outbound dialing, IVR, Voice recording etc.
• Souring and Implementing new technology such as Speech Analytic, Chatbot, AI, Voice biometric authentication etc to increase company effectiveness and efficiency.
• Work closely with business user to enhance system according to company needs.
• Work closely with development team to preform system integration.
• Work closely with support vendor to preform system maintenance, system enhancement.
• On-job training will be provided.

 Requirement:

• Diploma or above in IT / computer science related filed
• Fresh graduate to one-year experience in related position
• Willing to learn and interested in new technology
• Self-motivated, Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediately available preferred
