Job Duties: 

• Provision of administrative support related to the delivery of project and client engagements: supporting, reporting on project status / supporting status and producing project documentation
• Work closely with internal team as well as external vendor to ensure the quality and timely delivery of project tasks
• Responsible for others ad hoc task assigned by Project Manager

Requirement:

• Experience in IT, software development and implementation will be an advantage;
• Highly prefer 2-year experience in Project Administration or Project Coordination. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
