Job Highlights

• The Client – A Hong Kong stock market operator is looking for an experience senior Consultant / Associate Consultant to manage the team provides day-to-day BAU support, server operation and troubleshooting on issue
• Full set of pre-defined documentation for operations and maintain the validity with the client
• Work closely with 3rd party vendor on solutions
• Provide support and troubleshooting on server software, hardware, Storage, and network
• Perform security monitoring and apply security vulnerabilities for server
• Execute routine health check and coordination on
• Strong communication skills are required

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide software maintenance services on server equipment & technical advice
• Initial problem escalation to Team lead
• Provide hotline services (Office and Non-office hours)
• Respond on 7 days x 24 hours basis
• Log information into ticketing system
• Coach and being coached on new skills (e.g. technical and soft skills)
• Advisory on security alerts and suggest solution to affected devices
• Continuous improvement to meet business needs
• Coordinate and communicate with customer for scheduling
• Work with vendors on technical issues and find possible solutions to perform testing before production
• Perform quarterly security review and apply hotfix according to the operation procedures

Job Requirements:  

• Associate Degree/Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Computer Studies or other IT related disciplines
• 5 years of relevant experience in IT Support, Server Technical Support, and 2 years in supervisor role
• Sound knowledgeable in Windows server and Linux are preferred. Holder of Linux or Microsoft server related certificate are advantage
• Good team leadership building high team spirits
• Strong control sense, able to identify potential risk and provide valid recommendations in standard support documentation
• Experience or certified on Microsoft M365 and Azure and Immediate Available are  advantages
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will consider as Associate Consultant / Senior System Engineer
