Responsibilities:

• Perform R&D in Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and computer vision algorithms
• Demonstrate technical excellence via meetings, discussions and code review to improve the team’s R&D process
• Manage data collection projects which facilitates the development of DL/ML models
• Research the latest technologies in Deep Learning / Machine Learning and identify opportunities for improving our quality assurance operations
• Develop and implement Deep Learning / Machine Learning solutions for in-house application
• Prepare technical documents and reports

Requirements:

• Ph.D holder or Master’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Familiar with deep learning models including GAN, ResNet, RetinaNet, VGG, DenseNet, UNet etc. and their applications in image embedding, image classification, object detection and semantic segmentation
• Hands-on and solid experience in Python and data processing/machine learning libraries, such as pandas and scikit-learn
• Hands-on and solid experience in developing deep learning models with TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch
• Experience in deploying deep learning models in production is a plus
• Experience in SQL to process structured and unstructured data is a plus
• Able to work independently coupled with strong interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken in Chinese and English
